Homemade Meatballs



 
Ingredients:
 
3lbs Ground Turkey
(makes close to 40 meatballs)
2 eggs
Italian bread crumbs One cup
 
Seasonings I have made this recipe for years so I eyeball it by the amount of meat I use:
I would start with a tablespoon for the seasoning:
Italian Seasoning
Ranch dip seasoning
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Basil
Oregano
Parsley
2 eggs
 
Combine everything altogether.
Roll into balls. There is enough meat I do a few jumbo's
small, medium and large.
 
You will need a large baking sheet.
I bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
Put your meatballs in your sauce and heat through.
 
There are a lot of meatball recipes out there and I found this years ago and just keep adding and tweaking it. You can also add thyme for taste but it can overpower it.
